If you're looking to super-charge your Concept 2 rowing workout, look no further. The Row Hard Plan uses Heart Rate Training (HRT) to take your rowing performance to the next level. It pairs HRT with a range of target 500m splits for every workout, using your existing capabilities and pushing just a little bit further. These programs are primarily designed around training towards a race, but can also be used by anyone trying to build aerobic fitness.

Personalized Targets

We use something called your Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) to determine the necessary exertion levels for specific types of training. This also gives you an idea of how hard you should be working every time you get on the rower.
